Privacy note

What we collect

Only what you type into the form: your work email, your hotel’s website or name and, if you add them, the stay dates you want checked and the plan you are interested in. We also record the date of the request and the country it came from (as reported by our hosting provider). We do not store your IP address.

Why we use it

To prepare the brief you asked for, email it to you and answer follow-up questions about CompSetly. We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not add you to a newsletter without asking.

Where it is stored

The site and form are hosted on Cloudflare, and requests are stored in Cloudflare’s storage service. Replies are sent by email.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without building profiles of visitors. Fonts are served from this site, not from a third party.

How long we keep it

Up to 12 months after our last contact, unless you become a customer or ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by writing to hello@compsetly.com. If you are in the EU/EEA or the UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Price data

Briefs use prices published on Google Hotels. CompSetly does not access any hotel’s private systems. See the methodology.
